Terms of service

By creating an account you agree to use Knight21 Business OS lawfully, to collect and use your customers' data only with an appropriate legal basis and consent, and not to use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

Plans and limits

Each plan includes limits on seats, contacts and automation runs. Reaching a limit pauses new additions; it never deletes existing data. Third-party charges (such as messaging or payment-gateway fees) are billed separately by those providers.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and your data backed up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or delivery of messages through third-party channels.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. You can export your data before and after cancelling, until the workspace is deleted.
