Privacy notice

Knight21 Business OS is operated by Knight21 Digi Hub. This notice explains how we handle personal data for two groups: people who use the app (our customers and their team members), and the customers of those businesses whose details are stored in the app.

What we store

Account details (name, email, password hash), workspace settings, and the business records each workspace adds — such as leads, contacts, tasks and notes. Each workspace's data is kept separate from every other workspace.

Who controls customer data

Each business decides what data about its own customers to collect and is responsible for having a lawful basis and consent where required. The app records consent status and its source for each contact.

Your choices

Workspace owners can export all data at any time and request deletion of their workspace from Settings → Data & privacy.
